KLAS8: New retail center set to replace office complex in Las Vegas valley

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 100,000-square-foot office complex in Green Valley Ranch is set to be replaced by a “food-driven open-air lifestyle retail center.”

Dubbed “The Cliff,” the project is set to open in Spring 2025 and will feature “curated retail experiences, chef-driven restaurant concepts and community-centric entertainment,” according to a release from CAST and Partners Captial, Inc., who are teaming up on the project.
