FOX5 Vegas: Aging Las Vegas-area office to be repurposed into open-air shopping center

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Design plans have been finalized for a new open-air shopping center in the Green Valley Ranch area.

An aging office complex that sits at 2500-2550 Paseo Verde Parkway will be repurposed into a new, 100,000-square-foot center called “The Cliff,” according to developers.

The Cliff is a next-generation retail, dining and lifestyle destination redefining how people gather, shop and spend their time in Southern Nevada. Located in the heart of Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch, the 100,000-square-foot Class A development transforms 10 acres of underutilized office space into a walkable, design-forward, open-air campus.
