First tenants announced for new $55M retail complex in Henderson

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The first tenants have been announced for a $55 million retail complex planned for Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch area.

Several eateries and retailers will open locations at The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot complex converted from two office buildings, according to developer CAST.
